Privacy and terms

When you apply: the name you'd like to be called, your Riot ID and region, your Discord username, why you want to join, and optional extra contact details. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address to stop spam; it can't be turned back into your IP and is deleted after 30 days.

If you become a member: your Riot ID, competitive rank, RR and player card, if you choose to show them on the ladder, and the date and wording of your consent.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Applications are read only by the club owner, to decide on membership and to contact you. They are never shown publicly.

Your Riot ID, rank, RR and player card appear on the public ladder only after you're approved and you've opted in. Opting in is separate from applying, and it's off by default.

Every member gets a private link to their ladder settings. You can show or hide yourself there at any time; hiding takes effect within about a minute and stops any further rank updates.

Ranks are entered by the club owner or, once our access is approved, refreshed automatically after you link your Riot account with Riot Sign On. We only show official competitive tiers and RR, and never calculate our own ratings.

Data is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel. Rank icons and player-card images load from valorant-api.com, a community mirror of Valorant game assets. If automatic rank updates are switched on for you, your Riot ID is sent to the rank provider (Riot's official API, or HenrikDev, an independent Valorant data service) to look up your current rank.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your application or membership data at any time by contacting the club owner on Discord. Deleting your membership removes your record and takes you off the ladder.

IXE Syndicate is a free, independent community. Membership is at the club owner's discretion and can end at any time. Be kind to each other; the ladder is for fun, not for keeps.

The site is provided as is. Rank data can be delayed or occasionally wrong; Valorant itself is the source of truth.
